ylvie Bernadette creates in solitude. In a relaxed environment she is able to reproduce the tranquillity she feels by the sea. Her landscapes include lone figures against endless skies often taking the casual pose of strollers in love. "Dream-like haze expressed in subtle tones." Clean work, pure form, and a balanced composition create a peaceful atmosphere.

The result of her years of exploration are paintings so evocative that one seems to feel the breeze and the warmth of the sun while listening to the distant rolling of the waves.
